The site runs WordPress 5.3 from 2019, four major versions behind. Jumping that far in one go can break pages, so nothing is changed on the live site until it has worked on a test copy.

Enfold is a paid theme. Updating it needs CTFA’s purchase code; if it is not available, a new licence is bought from the theme seller.
A plugin that no longer works with current WordPress is replaced with a free, supported one.
If the old theme breaks in a way that needs major rework, we stop and explain the options before doing more.
Today the page lists 85 names in rows with a “+” toggle, and every panel opens empty. The refresh keeps the current look of the site and makes the list useful.
Fonts, colours and layout stay as they are on ctfamalaysia.org today. Only the parts you asked for change.
